The Role
  • Provide a positive and engaging teaching and learning experience for students within your experienced discipline.
  • Apply effective teaching strategies and innovative pedagogical practice.
  • A commitment to academic pastoral care and a duty of care towards student safety and wellbeing.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Hold relevant education qualifications including a current NESA accreditation.
  • Be confident in differentiating the curriculum in the classroom and committed to improving educational outcomes.
  • A genuine passion for and the ability to ignite a love of your subject in students across various stages.
  • Ability to use ICT to facilitate and enrich student learning and engagement.
  • Be a positive and collaborative contributor to a successful department committed to improving educational outcomes.
