Casual Rowing Coaches

We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Rowing Coaches to develop the capabilities of our student rowing cohort.

The Role
  • Deliver quality coaching across a broad spectrum of skill level, ability, and experience in line with the aims of the Rowing Program.
  • Plan, organise and manage safe training sessions to develop rowers’ skills, fitness and form in-line with the skills matrix and training program.
  • Possess a genuine love of coaching and the ability to develop, strengthen and improve our student athletes of all abilities to reach their full potential.
  • Assist with operational aspects of the rowing program, including but not limited to; launching coaching tinnies, rowing shed “pack-up”, care of equipment and basic equipment repairs and maintenance, boat rigging, trailer loading and unloading.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check clearance
  • First Aid Qualification.
  • Relevant coaching experience OR relevant playing experience
  • A current NSW Boat License is preferred.
  • Willing to travel to sporting venues across the greater Sydney metropolitan area
